These terms are the contract between you and us for everything you do on prmpt.bio. By signing in you accept them.
What prmpt.bio is
prmpt.bio is where creators publish pages: prose and media around steps, each a recipe for a generative-media model. Anyone can read a public page. A signed-in creator can run a step, learn its recipe, unlock a page, buy a collection, tip, and remix a step into their own work. Credits pay for all of it, and earnings receive what others pay for yours.
Your account
You sign in with Google, and your account is keyed on the identity Google asserts with the email beside it. You must be at least 18 years old, since an account buys and sells. You claim one handle at onboarding and it never changes: every URL of yours and every watermark carries it. Reserved names, impersonation, and a second account opened to get around a moderation action are refused.
Credits and packs
Credits are the platform's only money: 100 credits are one US dollar, always. Packs of $5, $10, $25, $50, and $100 sell at that parity through Stripe's hosted checkout, in US dollars, with VAT added at checkout where it applies. The credits are on your balance the moment the payment completes, and one confirmation email carries the pack, the amount, the payment reference, the sentence you accepted, and a link to these terms.
Immediate availability and the right of withdrawal
Credits are digital content delivered at once. Under article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code and Directive 2011/83/EU, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery begins with your express consent and your acknowledgement of that loss. The checkout asks for both in one checkbox, and the sentence it shows is this one:
I ask for the credits to be made available to me immediately and acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once they are.
One refund exists after that: a pack with no credit spent from it refunds on request within 14 days of purchase, to the payment method that bought it. Write to support@prmpt.bio with the payment reference. A pack with a single credit spent from it never refunds, in whole or in part, and nothing else on the platform refunds for cash. Anything beyond that is goodwill, case by case, and paid in credits, never cash.
The credit firewall
Credits never become cash. They are not cashable, not transferable, not giftable, never exchanged between accounts, never converted into earnings, and they bear no interest. They never expire. Credits the platform grants by hand follow the same law. Every price on the platform is in credits, and no credit is priced in dollars again after the pack.
Runs and outputs
A run charges credits per step at the model's price, plus whatever premium the step's creator set, quoted before you confirm and settled step by step as the run completes. What a run does not deliver is not charged: a step that fails, an output the safety check drops whole, an invalid input, and a provider's refusal all return their credits. What a run delivers is yours to keep in your Library. Models are probabilistic, and we promise nothing about what they produce.
Earnings and payouts
What others pay for your work lands as earnings, net of the platform's fee: 5% on tips, 15% on unlocks, bundles, and recipes, and 15% on run premiums, of which 5% of a derived step's premiums goes to the step's origin. Earnings are provisional for 30 days; then they convert into credits at parity or cash out. A cash-out asks for at least $100 in matured earnings, one open request at a time, and is paid by hand over Wise or Payoneer, the transfer's cost passed through to you. The first request collects your legal name, country, rail, and the rail's account email, which you can edit in settings.
The creator guarantee
A sale is never clawed back, unconditionally. A buyer's refund, dispute, or chargeback is the platform's cost and never touches the creator's earnings, provisional or matured.
Disputes
A chargeback freezes the account that raised it until the card network resolves it: no spending, no conversion, no cash-out, no deletion. Won, nothing else changes. Lost, the disputed pack's unspent credits void. Balances never go negative, and abuse ends accounts.
Your content
You keep every right in what you publish. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, render, and serve it as the platform needs to work, including to buyers after you end a page, for as long as the platform holds a copy it owes someone. You warrant that you hold the rights to everything you upload and publish, and that none of it is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or deceptive. Every image and video passes an automated safety check before it shows, and what fails is discarded. Every derivative the platform serves wears a watermark naming the platform and the asset owner's handle; the mark is never optional, and no purchase removes it.
What buyers keep
A recipe you learn is yours as bought, forever, a copy nothing can touch. An unlocked page stays readable to you forever, even after its creator withdraws it. A run's outputs are yours the moment they land. A creator can retire a page from sale, withdraw it, or delete it only where no paid right leads through it, and every ending leaves a tombstone naming its kind and never its content.
The affiliate warranty
A creator who adds an affiliate warrants that the relationship is real, that they are entitled to the link, that its disclosure is truthful, and that the offer behind it complies with the consumer, advertising, and disclosure rules that apply to it. The platform marks every affiliate link as one and is never a party to what lies behind it.
Moderation
A report rides everything public. An admin reviews it and takes one of a closed list of actions, or none: hide a page, hide a comment, hide an asset, strip a tag, hide a collection, or terminate an account. Every action names its reasons to the creator it affects, through the bell's moderation lane, which cannot be muted, and tells the reporter the outcome. What is hidden shows to everyone, buyers included, as hidden after a review and nothing more. A hide can be reversed; a termination cannot, and it leaves the creator's money standing: earnings still mature and pay out. To contest an action, write to support@prmpt.bio.
Deleting your account
You can ask for your account's deletion in settings. It takes effect after 14 days, during which signing in offers only to cancel it. Then every live page withdraws, the handle retires forever, your personal data is erased, your credits are forfeited, and your earnings pay out when the last of them matures, the $100 floor waived; a balance that cannot pay its own transfer forfeits instead. A pack with no credit spent from it refunds first if it is within its 14 days. Buyers keep what they bought. Deletion is unavailable while the account is frozen.
Availability and changes
The platform is provided as it is and as it is available, and we may change or discontinue any part of it. A material change to these terms reaches you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you may delete your account before then.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before it or 100 euros, whichever is greater. Nothing here limits a liability the law does not let us exclude, and nothing here limits the rights you hold as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the mandatory protections of your country of residence apply too, and a dispute goes before the court of your residence; otherwise the court of Vicenza, Italy, has jurisdiction. Consumers may also turn to the alternative dispute resolution bodies their country recognises.
